Cannot sent/receive new emails

  1. Check your incoming and Outgoing server settings.
  2. Username should be your full email address
  3. Password should be your valid current password.
  4. Incoming and Outgoing servers should have SSL encryption enabled.
  5. Outgoing Server should have "Requires authentication" option enabled.
  6. Check your internet connection to make sure its working properly.
  7. Check that your IP is not blacklisted in any RBL.
  8. If at this stage you are not able to send/receive email, email us the error message to helpdesk@myisp.co.ke
